We are able to produce detailed specifications and a full tender package enabling competitive tenders to be sought. This enables us to clearly identify the range of work included under the chosen building contract and manage any deviation from the original specification as work progresses on site. As contract administrator we inspect the work in progress, certifying stage payments, managing project costs and negotiate the final account.

We have a good working knowledge of Health & Safety legislation and are able to perform role of Designer and / or Planning Supervisor as well as guiding the Client through their duties.

We have significant experience in dealing with the reinstatement works following fire, flood or storm damage.
